DUOBLADE is a surgical packaging system designed to improve identification, consistency, and usability in demanding clinical environments. Every design decision—from structure and color to surface finish—supports faster recognition and more intuitive product handling.
Cross Geometry
Intersecting linear elements create a structured framework inspired by surgical precision and wound closure. A neutral gray foundation minimizes visual distraction and creates consistency across the product series.
High-Visibility Logic ; Color
Four distinct colors. Zero confusion. DUOBLADE’s packaging replaces ambiguity with high-contrast clarity, tailoring a systematic color identity engineered specifically for high-pressure medical fields. Each color functions as an identification layer rather than a decorative element, enabling faster recognition across multiple surgical products.
FUNCTIONAL SURFACE DETAIL
A selective spot epoxy finish was applied to the cross motif to enhance tactile recognition and handling stability. The elevated glossy surface improves grip while reinforcing the package's visual identification system. Designed to perform beyond the package itself, the system improves recognition and consistency within real clinical storage environments.
BRAND EXPERIENCE
The visual identity extends consistently across communication materials, ensuring a unified brand presence from clinical education to product presentation. Every design decision was guided by four principles: precision, identification, consistency, and usability—creating a packaging system optimized for real surgical environments.
